Fun turns to tragedy. Now we dig.

Our servers are always private, because we are old, cranky people and distrust strangers. You will need to be on the whitelist to connect.
The 1.7.10 Pack is our server for, oddly enough, The 1.7.10 Pack.
Craft & Slash was our Craft & Slash server, which was fun but flakey as hell and eventually the world got corrupted and it was game over.
Mists of Riov was our Mists of Riov adventure mod pack server, and wasn't a huge hit.
Vanilla 1.9.4 was our vanilla 1.9.4 Minecraft server. At this point it's pretty clear we are too lazy for clever server names.
Blightfall was our Blightfall adventure mod pack server, and was awesome.
Bastard's Galaxy was our Steve's Galaxy Technic mod pack server.
Bastardcraft was an experiment at making our own 'hard' mod pack. It was not successful and wasn't around long.
Hexxit and TPPI were our two big Technic mod pack servers. Each was up for a long time, and have since been archived.
Ratlantis was a 1.7.2 Bukkit server. You could connect with a vanilla client. The server-side mod UVVilagers was installed to enhance village interactions. It's now retired.
World of Hurt was a 1.7.2 Bukkit server. You could connect with a vanilla client. This server was running in Extra Hard Mode, so it was dangerous. It also had the UVVilagers mod. It is since retired.
Xanadu was running a 1.5.2 Forge compatible server (MCPC Plus) but it currently archived and offline. It required Magic Launcher with Forge and these plug-ins installed: Railcraft, ExtraBiomesXL, Mo'Creatures, Mystcraft, Twilight Forest, Millénaire and their dependencies. The files needed to set up the add-ins client are in this installation archive. It is strongly suggested you download the plug-ins from this server's Downloads page to ensure you have the correct versions. Step by step directions for installing it are in the installation archive or here. Here is the Xanadu world map.
Ratopia was running 1.5.1 Bukkit server and worked with a vanilla Minecraft client. It is currently archived and offline.
We use Discord to talk while digging. Our "Rat Bastard" Discord server invite is available on the Rat Bastard Slack, in the Minecraft channel. Or ask someone on our Slack for the current invite code. If you're not on our Slack, I'm not really sure why you are here reading this.
An archive of currently out-of-date optional mods and texture packs are also available on the Downloads page.
For installing mods, your Minecraft home folder for OS X is ~/Library/Application Support/Minecraft, and for Windows 7/8 the home folder is C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft. We try to avoid this kind of nonsense, though, and stick with Technic modpacks.
